It seems small groups of friends and neighbors are beginning to form walking groups both for socializing and for exercise. What a great way to gain new friends and lose a few pounds. If you are interested in joining such a group, or would like to start one, send a noted to info@rosemontca.org and say the area where you live and how to contact you and RECA will try to help you start your group. And while you’re out walking, it’s a great chance to observe problems in the community that need attention – or instances where things look really nice and deserve a compliment. In that case please extend a big thank you to the property owner!
